The Indiana Territory's legislative council and house of representatives designate that the judges of the court of common pleas of Clark County are appointed commissioner and are authorized to receive evidence of land being twice entered within the county from 1808 through 1810. If they find that land has been twice entered, then Willis W. Goodwin is entitled a credit for each., One page is blank. On the fourth page, John Johnson, clerk, states that the act originated in the House of Representatives.
