Summary: Brass ashtray is square with rounded corners. There are four grooves, one at each corner, that radiate from the round basin in the center. There is a decorative pattern around the rim. A design in the center features a gavel, a chisel, and keystone with the text H-T-W-S-S-T-K-S.
