Letter from Frank Harper to Major A. White

Harper, Frank, 1882-1970
Frank Harper thanks Major A. White for his letter to Theodore Roosevelt and passes on Roosevelt's suggestion that White contact Senator Dixon of the Roosevelt Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. As Roosevelt does not know what help is required in Chicago, he believes Dixon will be the best person to take advantage of White's "very kind offer."
